Mr. Ochoa remains focused and dedicated on supplier diversity and inclusion not to mention his active participation with procurement outreach to help drive the local Small Business sector and multicultural and minority community and economy. Mr. Ochoa an advocate relationship builder, government relations and strategic partner for diversity organization across Southern California.
Recognized as a Diversity and Inclusion leader, Jack has extensive experience and knowledge of numerous corporate/government procurement policies/procedures government contracting for Small Business owners and the community. Under Mr. Ochoa leadership, he is responsible for key advocacy, civic, political and community relationships and public policy & corporate initiatives.

Mr. Ochoa has been instrumental in designing and writing new Small Business Enterprise & Veteran Owned Small Business procurement policies that continue to be utilizes today to support "leveling the playing" for small business and the continuous growth of the economy.
