Mr. Jack Ochoa has been a Business and Community leader dedicated to supplier diversity and inclusion for more than 25 years. Mr. Ochoa has held various positions with top tier Corporate and Small Business Associations, Minority Business Groups and Education Outreach organizations across Southern California. Mr. Ochoa remains focused and dedicated on supplier diversity and inclusion not to mention his active participation with procurement outreach to help drive the local Small Business sector and multicultural and minority community and economy.
Mr. Ochoa an advocate relationship builder, government relations and strategic partner for diversity organization across Southern California.

Recognized as a Diversity and Inclusion leader, Jack has extensive experience and knowledge of numerous corporate/government procurement policies/procedures government contracting for Small Business owners and the community. Under Mr. Ochoa leadership, he is responsible for key advocacy, civic, political and community relationships and public policy & corporate initiatives. 

Mr. Ochoa Small Business and Veteran Owned Small Business advocacy including serving as:
- Committee Chair, Legislation, Education & Outreach for the Los Angeles Unified School District Small Business Advisory Board.
- Small Business Officer for the Society of American Military Engineers,Los Angeles Post
- SBE Community Advocate, City of Los Angeles, Public Works Ad Hoc SBE /MBE / DVBE Committee

Mr. Ochoa has been instrumental in designing and writing new Small Business Enterprise & Veteran Owned Small Business procurement policies that continue to be utilizes today to support "leveling the playing" for small business and the continuous growth of the economy.
